Last week, as a guest of Luchford APM I was treated to a preview of Quattro Passi’s New Year’s Eve celebrations for 2015. Quattro Passi has recently launched on London’s Dover Street, serving the finest Italian flavours paired with some very special wines and champagne.

The elegant surroundings of the restaurant will set the perfect scene this New Years Eve with a seven course tasting menu, created by the two-Michelin star Chef, Antonio Mellino. I was lucky enough to have a spot on the table for the preview press evening…
