MY PARIS // Eataly 37 Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie, 75004
I couldn’t live in a luckier area of Paris, all hail 75004. We live closer to Eataly than we do our local Monoprix. Can you imagine, “I’ve just run out of…., I’m going to run to Eataly!”. €60 later you don’t come out with that can of chopped tomatoes but the dreamiest creamiest burratas, cuts of jambon, fresh pasta in every shape and colour you can imagine, fresh fruits and vegetables and my favourite homemade tiramasu and Italian sodas.
Not only is this a giant Italian food hall but a pizza pasta restaurant, fine dining in the basement with an impressive cave, and panetteria (baker) that opens first thing in the morning.
Eataly just hit gold again, by offering a delivery service on their food hall items, 24hrs within Paris and 2 days for greater France. Click here to place your Christmas orders! Mine’s a Pandoro.
Following the new sanitary measures, all the restaurants have closed their doors until further notice.
The market, grocery, gastronomia, pasta fresca, charcuterie and fromages counters will remain open from Sunday to Friday from 11:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 7:00 pm. Breakfast is served at the Boulangerie (Panetteria) from 9:00 am every day.
