Hartnett Holder & Co

Lime Wood Hotel, in the heart of the New Forest, Hampshire, England, is one of my favourite countryside hotels. One of the most high-profile female chefs in the restaurant world, Angela Hartnett has joined forces with Lime Wood’s Luke Holder to create Hartnett Holder & Co, and I  have been invited for lunch next week. The restaurant, formally a David Collin’s designed space (who also designed the hotel) has recently undergone a re-design by Martin Brudnizki, who’s extensive list of projects include Corrigan’s, Hix & J. Sheeky Oyster Bar. This stunning Regency country house was originally a hunting lodge back in the 18th Century, and is your quintessential country house hotel.
