Created by Somerset born Creative Consultant Lucy Raynaud (nee Freedman), after 10+ years in London, Lucy now lives in the heart of Le Marais in Paris.
A Kingston University Product & Furniture Design graduate with over a decade of design experience.
Just as Lucy moved to Paris 4 years ago she was working on the design and development of the Little Bothy Spa, Marle and Hearth restaurants at Heckfield Place Hotel which opened in 2018.
Over the years Lucy has worked on many residential properties, with a small design practice in her 20’s when renovating a 10,00sq/ft property in Mayfair and a family home in North London.
Lucy also spent 2 years procuring furniture and lighting from worldwide suppliers and agents for an online design website and was headhunted by Mary Fox Linton to join her studio in central London in 2017. Lucy spent her time there overseeing the renovation and installation of a family into their second home in the Cotswolds as well as pitching and winning the redesign of the Estate House at Jumby Bay Island for Rosewood Hotels (now Oetker Collection). Following this Lucy was invited to design the British Bedroom at Veuve Clicquot’s Hotel du Marc in Reims.
Features include being commissioned by Conde Nast Traveller UK & UAE, profiled by Hong Kong & China’s South China Morning Post newspaper as one of the Top 5 Best Decor Blogs, and also the overall winner of the Amara Interior Blog Awards ‘Editors Choice’ award.
